Dan from everywhatever.com has redeemed himself. He's sent me a postcard from Adams County, Pennsylvania. This is one of the Adams Counties who never responded to my request. (Still hoping for Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, North Dakota, Ohio, and Washington). This one makes Adams County #5.
