Opelousas, St. Landry Parish, Louisiana

My wife says it's Oompaloopma, Louisiana, but it's actually Opelousas in St. Landry Parish :) She called it that the entire time we were there, which was long enough to go to a historical museum, odds and ends store, and have a picnic. It was really quite a charming city; the third oldest in Louisiana.
