This was another surprise postcard from an unknown sender. Jamestown is celebrating its 400th anniversary (quadcentennial?) beginning this year. They went all out with a matching stamp and everything! Thanks to whoever sent this!

It appears that the proper term is Quadricentennial, though I did see plenty of Google hits on people using quadcentennial as well.
