We actually saw this view that was on the postcard when we drove through New Roads, Louisiana, in Pointe Coupee Parish. We got this postcard at an excellent 100+ year old cabin-turned-museum on the Mississippi river. It's too bad the cabin was under-visited; we were the first ones in over a week.
