Ok, I lied, I found one more in my stack. This is another card from my military friend Chandra, this time from Barcelona. Spain is new territory when it comes to determining subdivisions. Barcelona is in the Barcelona province (county-equivalent, 50 total) in the Catalonia "Autonomous Community" (state-equivalent, 17 total). Thanks Chandra!
