Brussels, Belgium

Here's another one from Chandra from Brussels, Belgium. I've already done the research for Belgium and found the county-equivalents are called provinces. Brussels is an oddity when it comes to provinces. It doesn't belong to one! It's comparable to the District of Columbia in the United States. Since I counted the District of Columbia as a county, I'll county Brussels as a province (even though it's technically not). Thanks Chandra!

Antwerp (Antwerp Province), Belgium

Here's another from Chandra in Europe, this time from Antwerp, Belgium.

Belgium is a rather small country with rather odd divisions. The "regions" (state-equivalents) are separated into Flemish, Waloon, and the Brussels-Capital regions. Each of the former two have 5 provinces (county-equivalents), and Brussels is its own province-region. So that gives us 11 total to collect, and this one is in the Antwerp Province in the Flemish Region.
