Corpus Christi (Nueces County), Texas

Here's the last of the batch, and another from Theresa and Chris. Knowing my affinity for birds, they sent me what Corpus Christi area is known for: Whooping Cranes. This is the third time this month that someone has told me there is nothing to do in Corpus. I would love for someone to tell me otherwise. I've only driven through it myself. Technically, the cranes are in Aransas County, north of Nueces County, but I'm sure the whole area boasts having them.
