Here is another one of my "10 smallest counties" requests, from Kevin Brown of the Loup County Historical Society. Loup county ranks in 10th smallest at a 2000 population of 712. They didn't send a postcard, but they did send me this lovely fold-out card with a lot of information about the county. Since it's a small county and it's postcard-sized, I'll accept it :) Thanks!
